Learnstar is a product of Learnstar PVT LTD (hereinafter “we”, “us”). Learnstar provides a platform for creatives and professionals to learn and improve their skills.
Your use of our services is regulated by this Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy which should be read together. These Terms will be applied fully and effective upon your use of the platform.
By making use of the Platform, you agree to accept all terms and conditions written here. You should not use any of our platforms if you disagree with any of these Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to change or modify these Terms and Conditions at our sole discretion and may do so at any time; however, we will try to notify you before the changes take effect. By using our services any time after a modification is made, you are agreeing to the modified Terms and Conditions.
The Learnstar platform is solely for your personal use and no part of the platform should be reproduced or used for commercial purposes. Your registration and subscription on the platform grant you an exclusive, non-transferable licence to access Learnstar's content and use the platform for learning purposes.
We reserve the right to refuse to provide access to the platform to any person for any reason and/or to discontinue the Service in whole or in part at any time, with or without prior notice.
The platform is not for use by anyone under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18 or the age of minority in your jurisdiction, you must use the platform under the supervision of your parent, legal guardian, or a responsible adult.

All intellectual property (trade secrets, patents, copyrights, trademarks, service marks, codes, logos, know-how, and other proprietary rights) with regard to the use of the platform belongs to Learnstar PVT LTD.
After you subscribe, we provide you permission to use the Platform in line with these Terms and Conditions and for the services described. You acknowledge that you will not, in whole or in part, copy, edit, sell, distribute, mirror, frame, repost, download, transmit, or make derivative works from someone else's content.
You consent not to utilise our trademarks in connection with any computer- or internet-related products, services, or technology as part of your trademarks, service marks, company names, internet addresses, domain names, or other similar designations.
Except for third-party materials used to create content on our platform, we reserve all rights to individual content, modules, articles, and other elements, including all software available on the platform or used to create and operate the platform.

You may not upload, post, or otherwise make available on this platform any content that is subject to copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights without the express permission of the owner of such rights. Any injury caused by a submission that violates someone else's intellectual property rights is entirely your responsibility. By uploading any content to the platform, you immediately grant — or represent and warrant that the owner of that content has expressly granted — to Learnstar the right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute that content (in whole or in part) throughout the globe without payment of any kind.
To access content on the platform, users have the option of subscribing to any of our subscription plans which allow for various payment plans.
We use third-party services for payments and you will be required to select a payment plan and provide information regarding your credit card or another payment instrument. These third parties have their own Terms and Conditions.
It is your duty to provide accurate and up-to-date information. You guarantee that the information you provide is true and that you are authorised to use the payment instrument.
You agree to pay, through our third-party partners, the amount specified in the payment plan (as well as any applicable taxes) in accordance with the terms of such plan and these Terms and Conditions until you terminate your account.
If you have any dispute concerning our charges, you must inform us within 24 hours after the date that you were charged. However, we do not guarantee any refunds. For more information, please check our Refund Policy.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. If you have already renewed your subscription, the change will take effect after the subscription expires. Your continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes your agreement to pay the changed amount.
You are free to stop using the platform at any time by deleting your account. However, if you delete your account after a subscription renewal has been processed, you will not be given a refund.
We may also suspend or terminate your account or your access to all or part of the Service if:

Neither do we guarantee that the Platform will function without interruption or without errors. Use of the platform is solely at the user's own risk.
We will make every effort to keep our community as secure as we can, but we will not get involved in any user interactions or disputes. Any disputes, claims, losses, injuries, or damages of any type that may develop during or following user interaction are not our responsibility.
